The Phelophepa is a train hospital that travels rural South Africa providing much needed healthcare. Every two weeks the train travels to a new town where its dedicated health care teams offer their services tirelessly to local communities.

Most Northern Cape hospitals are now shadows of what it used to be. The ANC looted and mismanaged most of it. In Griekwastad we struggle to get a good Dr.
