Guardiola is rarely this insightful. Listening to him is normally like (paraphrasing him) going to the dentist and having no analgesic. He's usually flippant and often sarcastic, and, mixed with a seemingly deep-seated dislike of the press (can't blame him there) he comes across as a very poor interview. If the interviewer is someone he respects, like say a deeply knowledgeable Thierry Henry, then he tones down the arrogance. But normally in press conferences he's horrible to listen to.

Ten hag is still relatively inexperienced with them, and so he answers the questions asked in all honesty without understanding where the baits are packed and he swallows them all unknowingly. That's why they find it easy to destroy him every single time! Pep Guardiola, Jose Mourinho, Jurgen Klopp and now Mikel Arteta are some of the few managers who have demonstrated clear understanding as to how the British media works and they're able to give entire interviews without revealing anything important whatsoever.
