I think I should have seen this video many years ago. I an ancient and my right knee is really painful and my balance is VERY bad. I am 95 and have tried exercises but stopped too soon. You explained so well and say there is no hurry and measure by breaths. I don’t walk enough either but really want to become painless so will persevere.. thank you both

I loved this video. Both of you are excellent instructors. I love how you remind us as we hold the stretch to pull in our abs, to remind us to breathe and what muscles we are focusing on. I just had both hips replaced due to arthritis. I’ll be doing theses exercises every day.

Hi Alyssa and Cheri, I am amazed at your wonderful program as I have trapped nerves in my back and osteoarthritis. I have only done this regime for 3 days and it has already given me more mobility and less pain. I have been struggling for years. I love this video and tried it today for the first time. I am so excited and I know that I will start to feel better. As long as I do this I do have rheumatoid arthritis and I've had it for 30 years I have, but every medication you can imagine including biologicals, but I want to feel better I can't move and I feel that I've put on weight and areas. I don't want like my thighs and stomach, I just hit the big 60 and I can't believe it. I want to look good and feel good at 60. This is just the start.!

I am 67 & after a straightforward ankle op I had a life threatening event. This gave me 5 weeks in bed followed by 7 weeks non weight bearing. I also had a gutter walker which consequently has meant my body has stopped working. My arthritis in my knees is awful, some days I can’t barely walk & my back hurts after the slightest walk. Thank you so much for this video.

I like the yoga teacher's voice is common soothing and I like the physical therapist turning sideways so we can see the positions better. I feel so much better after these

I fell on my left hip at work in 2016 and it's never been the same. so tight and painful.... I'm 61 and am so happy to have found this channel! I also just bought one of those vibrating plates to move the lymphatic system. I have a re-bounder, but I think the plate will be much better. Anyway, I loved this and am inspired to continue. Hi, I did the first step challenge for better walking, I want through it quite easily , of course I had to put up with some fatigue but it wasn't a big deal. I have one partially operated knee (2021) that is now hurting more than before. My other knee, according to doctors has a lot of arthrose arthrose. I am 77 but I still take daily walks with my portuguese water dog. Looking forward to my second day challenge. Thanks a lot!

I absolutely love your exercise sessions. I have notice noticed however that some of your sessions' audios are harder to hear due to clarity that is muffled by the acoustics in the room that your are recording. You might want to look into moving your mike closer to you while recording. Love that you are helping us seniors stay mobile.
