Hey for extreme pain level 10, I use dr mclean volcanic oil. Smells like turpentine and will destroy clothes,so use caution, plus my doctor didn’t know about using turpentine everyday, so check with your doctor... hope this helps good luck,stay safe and God Bless

This is misleading. All arthritis is inflammatory. Here he only talks about RA, not OA.

I was recently diagnosed with RA. But I’m 22. I just had a baby and ever day is aching pain. And guess wat! I just lost my insurance bcuz my dad lost his job due to covid and I was under his insurance. So I have no medical bcuz I was forced to pay $200 for it. So stretching and heating pads is all I got
