Your foot massage and stretching exercises worked beautifully for me, Will! I used the X6 PRO Massager, did the toe stretches and did the calf stretches that you described. Then I did a 30 minute walk without feeling any heel pain, it was such a joy to be able to do that! As an added bonus I felt the muscles in my lower back tighten to the point that I stood up perfectly straight without any conscious effort to do so. I just can't thank you enough because I haven't wanted to do any walking exercise for the past 18 days; I found that to be rather depressing because I've become so used to walking for at least 40 minutes a day. As I mentioned 2 days ago I'm 73 years old; I plan to walk long distances through a busy airport in a couple of months and I did so want to be able to do that comfortably, now I feel confident that I'll be able to! Your video is the most useful one I've ever seen, thank you again Will! (Pete)

Thank you., Mr. Harlow. I did purchase your book and find it useful for this almost 75 y/o man; your explanation on using the Cain or Walking-Stick on the You-Tube has been wonderful, also; I was doing it wrong before. I use the cain more to assist when walking with hip pain rather than leg issues and have discovered much relief after some practicing. Your suggested usage works well as long as I am using the tool. I highly recommend the book and I recommended it to my Chiropractor who is also a Physical Therapist. I showed the book to him and he knows "It's just the basics", as you said, but it is good to have the book on hand at the home. Thanks, Wil. Monte Miller in Vancouver, Washington USA.

Definitely exercises I will incorporate in my routine! At age 63, a 12 hour night shift takes its toll, no matter which shoes I wear. And these exercises are short and simple enough to do in a tea break or when doing the paperwork! Thank you so much!

My heel was fine up until 3 weeks ago at which point I began to experience heel pain each time the flat part of my heel struck the floor as I walked. I noticed that just before the heel pain began I had increased my fast walking exercise from 40 minutes per day up to 1 hour per day. I had done the 40 minute daily walk almost every day for over 2 years and unfortunately I had not done any of the things that you describe in your video. Do you think that the increase in my fast walking exercise contributed to the heel pain? I'm 73 years old. Thank you for your recommendations in this video, they were perfectly timed to address my problem. (Pete)

I will appreciate if you could cover the top wide part of the fool just above the palm of the foot. I have arthritis in my pallid bone that I managed to control since last 25 years. But now feel my heals at the back of the foot are slightly moving in-words when I stand. I have Henry bad pain on top of my left foot and internal side of the knee of the same leg ( the part facing the internal side of the right knee)’ when working in the kitchen over 3/4 hours or walking long distances. Especially the outer side of top of my foot. Apologies don’t know what is the name for that. Much appreciated 🇬🇧

Hips have been aligned, shows how much out of wack your hips were..hips been one of the natural hinges of the body, the other being the shoulders. If your hips are out, then so is everything else to your foot.
