I have no cartilage left between my mid foot bones.. Also have spurs..Have had cortisone injection with u/s guidance..Have used creams, Celebrex, therapy.. See foot Ortho at VCU.. Also have bone erosion.. Wear Vionic shoes since they help resolve my ankles falling in.. Eventually going to need surgery.. Have a lot of arch and tendon pain..

I did all that nothing helped plus I had cast on my foot and I had surgery twice for bone spur plus I had three bones separated now it feels better I had to get screw to put the bones back together

hello Dr, I do have the pain on the top of the foot ('shoelaces' area of the foot, if you will) - but the pain is more noticeable and significant when I lift up my leg. Would this be considered an arthritis condition ?

The bone that is broken is not usually a problem unless it is floating and causing pain

Doctor I wanted to ask one thing I had an operation full toenail removal surgery and it’s been 9 days everyday I put new dressing on my toenail but can I stop doing dressing till I am at home because it’s been 9 days and the blood is not coming anymore it will be very helpful if you will tell me thanks.
