You’re wrong about product liability. This will be a rich new area in the beginning. Just as it stopped Tesla’s autonomous cars, it will stop development of certain AI. Once the first plaintiff wins a case against a public company for wrongful death, the lawsuit shows up in unfunded liabilities of the 10k report. Board members don’t want the association with such horror, so then they withdraw development and settle the case. Better study up because it’s going to be epic. Lots of money. Maybe you don’t have much product liability experience but generally speaking, everyone gets sued. Until if or when jurors are replaced by AI, it will be a problem.
