Hello Gwen. I am 72 years old and the last 7 years I try to take my need for creativity very serieous. It's a hard way but I am learning by doing. Last 4 months I started with abstract painting. That's what I love so much. For me it isn't important to be a great artist in the world outside me. For me it's important to be the best I can be. Your video's are a great help for me. I think the mindset is the most important thing. That's what I struggled the most. All old messages played a role, and that's a very big mountain. But thanks of you and some others I can find more and more my way while climbing and shortening that mountain. I take now mine own decisions and that's verry freeing.

I love what you do, I love your energy, your attitude. I'm listening each day, one, two, three of your videos. I love these moments 'with you'/ with me. You are a beautiful discovery for me (I don't know if it's the right way to tell that in English?). I don't speak English easily, but, nevertheless, one day, I will offer myself a coaching session with you. Thanks a lot for inspire me, and thanks for the great generosity you have !

Hi, Gwen - Your message today on the importance of mindset reminds me of s little sign I saw once: “Look in the mirror. That’s your competition.”

Hi Gwen , Strange Gwen, how when I find myself in a creative slump your e-mail message will show up and give me what I need to get back into the studio. I just applied for a state mini grant in the state that I'm from, as soon as I submitted it I wanted to cancel it, but could not. After that I go into my studio now and just stare at my paintings., move them around, then stare so more. That old, "what was I thinking mindset". "I'm not good enough", "My artist statement sounded so stupid". Thank you Gwen for messages, they are a blessing.
