Maybe you could play character art telephone. Basically the first artist draws a human character, second artist then designs a fursona for that character, third artist makes a humanisation of the fursona without seeing the first drawing and the fourth artist makes a fursona for the humanisation (you could repeat it indefinitely if you had enough artists but there’s only 4 of you so that’s as far as I’ll go) I hope this makes sense lol
