Great job Rafa. If an Ethiopian company like Amhara Bank or a group of truly nationalists Ethiopians raised money to finance Haile Gerima’s effort to make Adwa the movie we could see a huge dividend for all of Africa. A truly blockbuster style is what he has wanted to do in addition to the documentary style Adwa he made several years back.

When it comes to the REASON why the West makes fictional movies, why cant you take the movie at face value? A script writters creative idea and a movie producers goal to make money. Why are you looking for something sinister where non exists? Next, aren't you streching the connection between these movies and Ethiopian books, legends and history?
