I like mini keys. Suits me to use them on iPad virtual keyboard. This would be ideal. Would it work with AudioKit Synth 1, the softsyth Apple was raving over?

Excellent performance and demonstration. I’ve heard this is an excellent keyboard controller. Is it compatible with GarageBand iOS and or Logic including mapping the dials for controlling parameters volume, panning and other? Onboard GarageBand and Logic are plug in synths with dials. Therefore I’d need to control the dials onboard the plug in synths in addition to controls as described in GarageBand and Logic.

You can checkout a specific Ableton lite video, I had the same issue so I looked it up, but you can open Ableton live and select the input as the MK2 that should get you started.

sadly this keyboard doesn't work with FL Studio =( i hooked it up, i set it as the controller, and while itdid trigger the fl studio stock drum sounds, it wont trigger any of the sounds from the arturia V collection that i bought....so back in the box it goes and looking for something else...buyer beware! this wont trigger anything but FL tock sounds

Hi Catherine! first of all you need to make some changes to the audio settings open the analog lab software and go to up left and click to analog lab banner , then go the audio midi settings and sellect your audio interface driver or the sound driver that running your computer if you use windows install the ASIO4ALL driver 👉 www.asio4all.org/downloads_11/ASIO4ALL_2_14_English.exe

Both have some great things that the other dont have, if you love to play keys and the sound of synths take the Arturia, if you love hip hop and making beats with pads and samples take the Akai, i have use for years the akai mk 2 now im using the arturia, more comfortable keys and more professional construction

I just bought one of these brand new on Amazon a few days ago and it arrived today unfortunately I’m waiting for a new laptop so I can’t test it out right now and the drum pads feel extremely stiff almost stuck is this normal for this midi controller or should I at least be able to press down on my pads at least a little bit or is it completely touch response
