Great analysis! It is to be noted that that Nitish Kumar gave the best governance to Bihar till date and he is still called Sushashanbabu. That under a government with alliance with some other party! Which such government has performed this well? BJP is able to use ED, CBI against many parties, but never against JD(U) yet. Does that not reveal the greatness of the Nitish Kumar? The problem with Nitish is, his party never had a majority and he got sandwiched between a family-run caste-based corrupt party called RJD on one side and a shameless communal party called BJP on the other side. But still he is giving whatever good governance it can to Bihar. I wish Nitish Kumar's party had majority in Bihar!

Had Nitish Kumar been the CM for so many years by delivery and development, had he been doing political gymnastics in order to stay in power AND deliver his vision, I would not have had any problem. No doubt, the rehabilitation of Nitish in the BJP camp is cringe, and I hope it does not happen, but NOTHING IS MORE IMPORTANT THAN THE RETURN OF MODI 2024.
