How I conquered Caldaria with the Aserai in 18 years.
Rules: No Smithing. Aserai culture equipment and troops. Companion pool and wife must be Aserai.
No mercenary or becoming a vassal for any kingdom (including the Aserai)

I was so sad when Aqar died, he was definitely a main player in the 3+ year long Vlandian war and a serious player in the beginning of the Battanian war from what I know he was only captured like once. Mathew Noll seemed like a worthy successor of Aqar until, on his third or so battle at Seonon, he got captured 💀. After that he started redeeming himself though, still sad that Aqar died though😢. Oh and also, the amount of kids you had, by the time you had your last kid you were like 60+ because you started out your run as Khamul II at the ripe old age of 40-50 and married Zanuwa when she was 18, also she had a striking resemblance to ImMutton, Zanuwa is just younger.

ImMutton is a good friend of mine, a twitch streamer, and I've been trying to figure out who YOU are to know the connection about me and her and then I realised I named a companion after her haha. YES the companion does look a lot like Zanuwa. I chose Zanuwa for her low level but I've since heard that people are pretty passionate about a few of the other Aserai women! I'm playing vanilla on patch 1.2.9, on a really good pc and the game crashes almost consistently during sieges and, sometimes even, land battles. It is so annoying... I'm glad, that you could show us that lot of siege footage

Exactly the same for me too! Playing warband for the first time was a bit overwhelming so in order to learn all the units I started playing like this and it's my preferred play style even with Bannerlord! Plus if you have Swadian Knights what else do you need lol

I picked up Bannerlord about 2 weeks ago and I am clearly addicted to it ^^' But I'm still somewhat green when it comes to a lot of mechanics, so I have a few questions: How did you manage to keep citys from other kingdoms, without rebellion? You used only Aseari, so I don't really know how this is possible Did you level your "building"-skill or was there a companion, who was good at it? What is your siege-strategy anyway? Break down their walls and then replace two trebutches with katapults? How did you manage to have so few losses most of the time, even though you were fighting major battles? Is there a specific strategy you follow in your fights or was it a mix of high-level troops and high medic-skill? Thank you for the nice video! I really enjoyed it while eating dinner!! :D

Hello! I took a while getting round to this reply so i could actually spend time for it, sorry for the delay! firstly i'm so happy you're enjoying Bannerlord! it can honestly be incredible! SO with rebellions, they don't really happen that much. If it is low after taking it i wait until the loyalty is at least 30. You can appoint a companion of the Castle/Towns culture and make them a governor to help with loyalty but I don't do this as i like them in my party or running their own party (and with my one culture only style - it doesn't work) Not sure what you mean by 'Building', if you're talking about the buildings inside towns, my 'strat' is to just build things from lowest tier to Highest tier BUT wall first. mid/late game just by having more towns will get you enough money to not worry about 'bad' development decisions. most of the towns i'd only visit once or twice so they're never fully built even at the end. IF you're talking about the engineering skill, i normally choose myself as i am a better aim on catapults and therefore can level it up faster myself. also i like Intelligence builds so I would already have 8 Int making the Engineering more reasonable to take myself. (engineering for faster siege camp etc) Siege tactics - there are many but my favorite is budling 2 trebs and 2 catapults and when the wall breaks/ the trebs get destroyed i replace with catapults then charge (i used to do 4 trebs until the walls went down and then 4 catapults but honestly this normally takes up a little too much time/patience for me) So few losses - not too sure how to answer this accurately, practice is the main thing though - it partly comes down to what you have and what you're facing, large army commanding mid battle. the only thing i have for you for this is just keep going. honestly the only reason i play with one culture is thats how i started playing to learn the troops of that culture so i could fight them better. I hope you continue loving this game, a great source of info is Strat Gaming and Flesson19, they test the game and give great advice on exactly how every aspect works!

As soon as the troops get to a higher tier they change from cloth and start wearing high quality metal armour! The Faris cavalry unit performed exceptionally and I found I struggled with the palace guard but a mix of everything worked the best for me. I relied on the foot archers a lot!

No matter how many videos I watch I can never figure out workshops so I never invest in them. I normally start out sending out caravans, level my companion party leaders in steward first and only keeping T1 or T2 troops in Garrisons. 100 roguery gets you a big bonus to loot from battles and then just go out raiding and fighting! I say this but every game is different for me, sometimes I’m in debt and sometimes I’m +$60m like in this video lol

The thumbnail? For the world conquests I like to personify an animal that represents the in game faction and have them snarling, armed and armoured (using AI image generation). Battania for instance, they wear a lot of bearskin and are a kind of forest/woodland nation so a bear in medieval armour fits perfectly to me. Khuzait, being nomadic I was going to choose a horse and the designs came out really well but the goat was even better. I struggled to find an animal for Aserai and none were working (scorpion needed to be smaller to fit in claws + tail etc and made the design less clear, camels always came out weird) but the snake looked the best - I wrote 'in medieval Arabic armour' and this was the chosen final design - any Arabic writing or symbols are completely unintentional and are only there because AI image generation put them there. Not being able to speak Arabic and unfamiliar with Islam, I never even noticed writing. You said 'islamique word I think is Quran or something like that' - does it say Quran or is it just nonsense that kind of looks like Arabic?

I saw that higher armour reduces the chance of death too - I had no helmet so maybe that added to the chances? cannot last a day on Bannerlord difficulty lol, amazing skill - you should be making these videos lol.
