I want to start a working space/hybrid day care in my city that has a space for parents to work while their children have childcare in the same building. Is it feasible to get a business loan for something like this? I am trying to figure out how I would manage this with little personal savings to invest.

I would suggest a microloan of some sort if you don't want to dip too much into savings, and there are other options such as partnering with local employers to obtain funding as well. Hi Latisha! Great Question. Alot of people will go this route, but it can be challenging to get a Landlord to approve a daycare operation in their home. How can you get more than the required 6 kids starting from home? 6 kids is not enough for a lucrative income...in my state with home childcare the max number of kids you can have is 6.
