I have some of this same ideas in mind for my future preschool, Im in love with all of this ideas, you are awesome. You are totally right cause I keep thinking on things to do besides providing care to maximized my investment and time, since this a such time consuming job. Well, you asked which ones I will apply: the rent for parties I had in mind, the Yoga class or any other enrichment like art etc, I had in mind, lol. From the other ones you mentioned and I found great, was the rent for meetings, the fees for early/late drop off pick up, the nanny service it was the most outstanding idea never heard of this option offered by a provider, it is so wonderful since we feel this guilt of not being able to keep going for our families for more extra hours 😫. Not my case but The parking for those with a big facility is amazing as well. Thank you from my heart for this video, you are amazing!!!! ❤️🙌🏻🥰

Thank you so much for the ideas! I'm starting my business plan, crunching numbers, and was realizing how just providing childcare would not be enough to make it very profitable. I think I would definitely use affiliate links, merch, and late/early arrival fees. The nanny service sounds good too, but I would need to network. 🤔

I've been thinking of adding a home childcare business coaching and parenting coaching tho memorize my early childhood experience. I love the affiliate idea and stock photos!!
