I agree with you except 3 years is too long. Time is short to be wasting it on the wrong one. From the beginning set your boundaries and state what you need from the relationship. After 3months evaluate the "relationship". Men know early on what part they play in a relationship. It's time for us to do the same and act accordingly based on his actions. I've been married for 12yrs successfully so I know the importance of setting your intentions early. I learned the hard way before meeting my husband and I learned to do the work and found out if you want to be married or treated a particular way you have to have a conversation about it early on during the "what are we or where is this going" phase in a relationship (during weeks 2 and 4). When you say what you want make sure your actions and words follow through with what you said you required from the "relationship". Observe closely his actions over 2 months and try to make a decision whether to go forward or not with the relationship based on your rational mind and heart. If you have trouble deciphering his language / actions sit with a trusted friend who is not a hater of you and figure it out. Ultimately the decision is yours ladies.

If you do a joint account the money can’t be used unless both people signed for the money 💴 match what he put in and have it notarized so if the relationship doesn’t work you take your half and he takes his that’s if you want to do it but for me I wouldn’t unless it was safe for you!!!!
