Out is a great read, and it's nice to see someone pick it up. It was an assigned reading for a Japanese class I took last year, and I'm so glad to have come across it. It's executes a dark concept, but a great psychological thriller overall. I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!

One of the things that I appreciate about this channel is the attempt at a mood and style. Its immediately obvious in this video with the screen borders and the use of the iPhone as the main camera adds to this sense of a 'home made movie' which is pretty mandatory considering the current circumstances. But what i'm getting at, this approach to style, helps with one of the main problems I personally have with most booktubers is that most people videos are boring; most the time its just somebody starring at their laptop camera with a book in hand as they mumble for 20 minuets about the book they just read. Sure they might have something interesting to say, but overall it feels like the only real work they put into the video was the makeup they put on before shooting. That's not a criticism of what they say or think about a book, I just wish more creators would put more work into the style, editing and think about audience attention and interest. I can see that kind of thought put into these videos and I hope the quality only goes up from here. I"m no expert but if I were going off what at least I would want to see, I think buying a tripod of some kind for holding a phone or camera would increase the amount of interesting shots that could be put in the video. I also think studying other interesting shots like in that of Wes Anderson work could add more of an idiosyncratic twist to the videos. However this could take away from the cozy, 'home made feeling' I was talking about before. Regardless, great video, cant wait to see more.
