This is a 30 min Ashtanga yoga practice for when you do not have time for the full Ashtanga primary series. In this practice I (Sachin) will guide you through the practice. This practice in this case can still give the feeling of you going through routine and not missing the practice. after all you will feel as good as you feel after full primary and it is also good to do 30 min ashtanga as it is going to boost your energy for the rest of your day.
