A strong work out, omg, we human have to break down in order to be in receptivity mode. Breaking layers and layers of old paterns from human existence in this planet. The mind did a good job to bring all in this way, unlike the animals that born in receptive mode, ready to go with flow of universe. No resistance at all. To do this yoga asanas need a strong determination, it is not to the lazies one.

Ashtanga is meant to be practiced 6 days a week
@user-bq2fr7kn6e4 жыл бұрын
It is advisable to practice every day for 6 days. Just be aware of your knees, once there is even a little pain there is a let go. If there is knee pain one should not get into the full position

good technique, was able to get into more asanas than learning from other ashtanga videos on here. It's got to be said, some of these adjustments are inappropriate, I wouldn't feel comfortable as a female in a class like that.
@Aasenzeng3 жыл бұрын
I don't think they had any ill intentions. What's more you can look at the instructors clearly treats women differently when it comes to adjustments. I don't see the adjustments being inappropriate, they were not touching genital areas or squeezing buttocks. They were solely focusing on bones and directions. Don't worry too much I guess. You can tell the teachers to not touch you or adjust you in class actually. We've been taught that during my Yoga Teacher training.
@aumthentic3 жыл бұрын
@@Aasenzeng so they have to be squeezing buttocks and genital areas to be inappopriate? Hmm i dont agree with that. Full body adjustments are unnecessary. Period. Thats how ive been taught by my teacher who is male. Its creating a standard in the industry to ensure there is no opportunity for abuse which is extremely common. We got to think about the bigger picture here!! We simply can't make excuses or allowances for this approach.
