Hey girls, if your periods are really irritating because of pads then I HIGHLY suggest you to switch to cup. It used to get really itchy whenever I used pads and after that 1 week I used to get rashes! But since I switched to cup, it's been heaven. I 100% recommend you to switch to cup. You'll thank me later. *CAUTION* it's gonna be difficult in the beginning yes, your body wasn't habituated to this change so first cycle will be a bit difficult BUT once you understand how it works, you're gonna be an EXPERT. So trust me, change to cup and *those 4 days* will be same as the rest of 26 days.
