Very useful and effective...thanks alot for all these series...but I would like to suggest two things:- 1.Do not converse about "How to become fluent in English speaking " why because these topic is very familiar with the targeted audience and hence the words and phrases used in this topic is very familiar so that no need to repeat it again and again,which is very boring also. 2.Minimise self intro and usual questions ,such as how are you to the minimum. 3.Converse day today events and current topic so that general knowledge of the audience will be improved.This approach will benefit the audience in dual way;be fluent and aquire knowledge.Daily news papers,movie magazines(online pr offline) sports news etc may be utilized for the same.
