I’ve only flown Asiana as a backup to KAL, but generally it was a bit cheaper. Also, their planes seemed a bit older. One of my more interesting rides was business class in Asiana.. Had a lot of weird dead space since it was near the front. Like very front of the plane.

Stupid move. The remedial measures are only temporary. This will just drive up ticket prices for all those wanting to fly to/from Korea directly - not something that benefits tourists or Koreans.
