I now was diagnosed with CRPS II eight months after hip replacement surgery. This is my 4th time. They have tried many different treatments and each time I got worse. The first PM didn’t want to hurt me anymore so he sent me to his partner in the clinic. I was in PT, but then they told me it’s best that I stop, thinking it was making me worse. I’m finally getting better, less bad flares. They want to send me back to PT. I’m only able to walk with a walker. I’m still on lots of meds, no opioids. My question is: This is my first time with CRPS II is there something different that should be done?

Hey Denise! I will include this in my next video but a quick answer is no. You treat both CRPS I and II the same way. The naming is just talking about how you first got CRPS. Nothing more.
