I suspect the shortness of breath is an anxiety issue. I have this with more than 200 mg of test. It’s less with Proprionate than Enanthate for some reason.

@@gabrieldantas63 It does improve. I just had it occur again after a year. It's your body that has anxiety. I believe it occurs when T is too high. I lowered my dosage and it seemed to improve within a few days.

I decided to start TRT with 250 T enanthate (180mg in testosterone), and on second day after first injection also started to have breath shortness, pain in chest, lightheadedness, sweaty palms and feet, it lasts for 3rd day now, gradually getting better. I'm thinking to try half of first dose for next injection to see the difference.

I use the inhaler so much times it still doesnt do anything, so does this go away? Well odd enough the same thing happened to me a month or two while on test for 6 months and as soon as I discontinued the test it all went back to normal ,now I’m scared to go back on test because I had to used aerosol and it was uncomfortable almost unbearable,I couldn’t breath kind of asthma attack and I’ve never in my 51 years of age had asthma or anything related to it…it was related to the usage of test for sure…

@Milo Milo well, some people argue it does, some people argue it doesn't stop the conversion and everyone thinks the other side is dumb. But the one thing i know is that there's no increase of infections with the increase of dose, that just doesn't make sense. SubQ is less risky in that regard vs IM, i do split the dose into 4 shots and different spots to increase the absorbtion. I think my problem is coming from the blood thickening

3 weeks on TRT, 0.5cc twice a week. My resting HR has gone up 10-15bpm, and I certainly feel like it's harder to breathe. That doesn't mean I am struggling, but it's definitely not as easy. No idea.

@@ivanrod533 resting HR stayed about 73, up from the 42 it used to be. However its also important to note that instead of a 'cardio' focus training program I went all in on mass building, so that definitely was a contributing factor. I've been off TRT for ~2 months now (trying to regain fertility since I was at a 0.0 and apparently you need a higher level to make kids lol) and my HR has dropped a little bit.

I'm currently on trt, and have found that over-medicating the test to raise rbc count as well as hemoglobin/hematocrit. I have heart murmurs, and those seem to get worse when my blood thickens, and shortness of breath throughout the day (not only post-injection). I donate blood to ameliorate these symptoms.

I get the same thing every time I inject. Shallow breathing, chest tightness, chest ache, bad anxiety. Can’t sit still, restlessness. Effecting quality of life. I went from 80 mgs to 40 mgs twice weekly and it’s just as bad at that dose as it was on higher dose. It takes about 4 days after my shot to get relief. And here I went again and took another. Why? Because I need it. I don’t know what to do. I don’t have COPD or Asthma.

Also the shallow breath will come in waves sometimes and I can breathe better. But there’s a general ache, the anxiety type of chest ache on left side. It’s not a heart attack. My Hematocrit was a tad elevated but I’m new to TRT. Only had 3 total shots. The symptoms start 2 hours after the shot and last for few days and when it’s time for another shot I feel better and the cycle continues. Maybe I need to exercise more. It feels like adrenaline accompanied by anxiety and panic. Any thoughts?

I have experienced this same phenomenon multiple times. A couple times it gave me anxiety attacks and I almost went to the hospital. I also believe it is related to hematocrit levels. I have a feeling that's what Dr. Rands patient was experiencing also, doc just thought it was respiratory related.

Shortness of breath. My body feels like my muscles are art sense. My neck is very tense as well actually it’s all over my whole body. It makes it hard for me to breathe. I get maybe three hours of sleep as a wake up in a panic attack. I did a cycle for about one month. I’m wondering if the product I thought I took could’ve been something else. Run bloodwork on your thyroid. Anxiety has a way of sticking around and feeds on itself, so once its sparked, then it can be very difficult to get under control. That said, it is manageable, assuming your thyroid isn't fucking you up.

That question wreaks. That guy guy isn't on trt. No way. Most docs give .4 ml (80 mg of test cyp) per week. Shit some docs will do .4 for 2 weeks. After you argue tooth and nail you night get that up to .7 depending on bloods. Maybe you are going to a trt clinic IDK but no eurologist is gonna give you 1 cc (200 mgs) per week. That would easily put you in the 1100-1500 range. That my friend is a weak steroid cycle. He got his info from a bro. You can tell because 9 times out of 10 trt requires no ai. And if you do good luck getting one prescribed lol. Most trt is topical now anyway. As to the answer dude is doing a weak cycle and probably eating like shit, even at 1 cc/week probably doesn't need a ai and is killing his estrogen, which is shooting his BP through the roof. High bp= tight chest and problems breathing. Don't play with drugs if you don't know what your doing, problem solved.

Well weird enough my DOC told me the same thing maybe is due to enlargement of heart and less efficient for that reason.
