How much do I fix primary hypogodaism without TRT? I'm 26M, my test levels were at 653 in 12/2021 but now I have primary hypo and my test dropped to 322, and 275 on two different testes, FSH was at 19,17,15

I switched from test gel to Clomid, just 25mg once a week, and my test increased from about 400 to 636. Is this normal to get this much increase with Clomid? I read usual dose is 25 mg/day, but that it can work at just once a week. It sure did for me. I may even reduce to 12.5 mg/week. I'm 60 y/o.

Once a week wow can you feel a difference?

@@prdwite6992 A huge difference. Took only a month to fully kick in. Sex drive increase very noticeable. Sometimes less is more, and I suspect that at such a low dose any estrogenic effects are nil. I actually take 12.5 twice a week, but may not make a difference since I read half life is one week. My 50 tablets will last nearly a year too.
