They can be done on a bed or cushion, but they will be more challenging if the surface is not as firm as the floor. I am using a Futon in this video. I got this one at Walmart.

Thank you Dr Jo! My core is unbelievably weak despite being a powerlifter. I’m trying to build up my core from square one because it seems to be holding back my squat. Wondering if you have any vids or thoughts on gluteus medius tendinopathy or greater trochanteric bursitis. I’m an osteopathic physician and have diagnosed myself but don’t exactly know how to treat

It's really about having strong and flexible muscles to help protect the area. Depending on how long ago the surgery was, general strengthening and stretching should help.

Hi doc jo im from Philippines and i subcribe to your RLS exercise video and im asking are RLS just only attacking in redt time night time, because every morning my rest less syndrome go away and every afternoon it will came back

It really depends on what is causing it, but it usually occurs at night unless it's severe.

It depends on what is causing it, like weak abdominal muscles, anterior pelvic tilt, spondylolisthesis, etc. I have videos for all of these.
