In fact it is bread that creates blood not the other way around so it would not make any sense to put the enemies blood in our bread and even if we did it would be a sad event of affairs as it would glorify our enemies instead of us.

You're referring to Metzitzah b’peh in which blood is suctioned away from the wound. It is not swallowed and so it does not go against this provision. Other methods are used as alternatives due to some health risks, depending on your Rabbi. It is not universally practiced.
