Tier 2 cities are the best. Metros me rehna is slowly becoming too expensive and to be honest the salaries aren't increasing the same way real estate rates are increasing in Metros (Kolkata is still cheap) but Delhi Mumbai and Chennai...not really. Bangalore, apart from the 4 major cities/metros in India is another city which I believe is saturated too and is too expensive to buy a house there. Pune, Gandhinagar, Chandigarh, Indore etc...these cities have a lot of potential though I feel.

Yes I don't have a desk job either. Neither is it 9-5. Neither do I have hybrid or wfh concept. I think it would've been a bit difficult to guess our job. I am in shipping. Merchant navy.
