I'm so happy! I found other recipes for this stew this winter and compiled bits and pieces from several different recipes to make something quick and easy that works great for my household. It came out to all the same steps and ingredients you use for yours, and you all were one of the first channels I got really into when learning Korean recipes.

You just can't help but fall in love with Claire's "old man" noises. And watching that bowl of stew disappear means I'll have try this. Since Aaron's Yukgaejang is my favorite recipe, I have a feeling I'll really like this one. 👍👍 건배!! Edit - just made this stew and it is DELICIOUS!! Rice is a must with it as it is quite spicy, but with the rice it is perfect! Now if I only had some Soju.....
