Years later: It's that time again! Made some space in the fridge, got out the official Kimchi storage containers, and bought one of the 5-Kilo cubes of Kimchi, which had just come in my local small town Asian Market. They have many Korean staples. Anyway, a messy hour later everything is packed away, and now I'm reviewing my cooking options. SO I made this for breakfast just now, and liked it a lot more than I remembered. I don't know if I'm making it better or just getting used to it? Kimchi fried in the bacon fat, a modest amount of sugar and a little drizzle of oyster sauce, just as we see here. It really worked!
