boiled potatoes are great diet food, they're the top ranked food on the "satiety scale" that measure how full a food makes you feel vs how many calories it has. One of my happiest food memories is when i was helping out at a Thai Buddhist temple that a friend was going to. They were having a big festival so the temple kitchen was full of little old thai grandmas getting the food ready to feed 50+ people. I came in there to bring something in and they asked me to stick around since they were literally little old ladies, tallest one was maybe 5'5" with most being closer to 5ft and I'm 61" in my boots with long arms, so they wanted me to stick around and grab stuff off the high shelves for them. They also kept asking me "try this" "how does this taste?" "does this need more chili or garlic?" and I spent over half an hour getting pumped full of home made thai food, then they had the religious ceremony, and then the buffet opened up with all the food they made so I got to eat it all a second time. I literally had a hard time even walking back to my car I was so full.

LOVE ME SOME EGGS! The Japanese have a similar dish to the first one called "tamago kake gohan". Plated similarly on top of piping hot rice, soy sauce, and sesame oil. The only difference is that the egg is raw and you use the residual heat from the rice to softly cook the egg. I always top it with green onion, but I never thought to use kimchi.. gonna have to make myself a bowl now lol.

@arthas6404 жыл бұрын
I usually suggest weight lifting, you burn an unbelievable amount of calories in a short period of time so its more calories burned in less time then light cardio regimes that most people tend to go for when trying to lose weight. A good rule of thumb: work 2 or 3 muscle groups on separate days (Monday chest/shoulders, Wednesday back, Friday legs for example) so you dont overwork your whole body, and do as much weight as you can and still do 8-12 reps with 3-4 sets and switch exercises as much as you can while shooting for 30-60 seconds rest between each set. Start out with very light weight so you dont hurt yourself or overwork yourself and build up the weight. I suggest exercising 3 days a week at first and go from there, try to do some light cardio each day like walking or jogging.

I have watched quite few of your videos. I love how down-to-earth you both are and the food looks delicious - I am going to try to make Golden Fried Rice today! I do have one question though: When you show that you use Chicken Stock, it seems thick. Is it a concentrate? I have never found a thick stock, but if it yours in concentrated, then I can adapt the recipe accordingly, if needed. Thank you!

You can use any kind or form of chicken stock you have. The reason why I used that product is because that's the only one we can get in Korea! Hope you like the fried rice!! 😁🤞

I know! She’s either not eating everything and we literally saw all that she ate. Or she wore the same sweater for each take on different days 🤷♀️
