Thanks! As always street interviews are hilarious depending on the topic… have a great day 👍

Ichigaya fishing pond is literally part of the Edo Castle moat. Unless you send in scuba divers or drain it, it's impossible.

Yeah, It's really irritating foreigners who say things like "OMG I had a bad experience in Japan!" or "I was discriminated against by the Japanese!" don't consider the Japanese people's circumstances at all.

When I was taking pictures of Sakura, this Caucasian lady kept talking to me in Japanese. I am not Japanese, and I just reply with my limited Japanese. Japanese people were asking me for direction, and I pulled out my phone to help them. I used to do couch surfing, which it is website with local people offering tourist a place to stay for free or free guiding in the city. This Japanese lady let me stayed at her home, and she gave me her house key. We just met one day, and she took me to dinner. She didn’t do the same to other guests in her home. She would speak frankly with me, and she said that the other guests were inconsiderate. I met local Japaneses at event at my guest house, and they invited me to Christmas party. I met Japanese people at cafe and they invited me to New Years Eve party. My impression of Japanese people aren’t shy like some stereotype.

When I went to Japan, I was visiting my now ex husband's family. I went when the blossoms were all blooming on various fruit trees, and this aggravated my allergies. I was so stuffed up, that I could barely blow my nose, and when I did, my sinuses resonated. My Mother-in-law, upon hearing me blow, went out onto her balcony and yelled, "Gojira! Gojira!" I got her back though, as they put on a boring television program, just because it was in English, on the topic of Japanese mushrooms. As they focused on a photo of matsutake and I said to her, "Oka-san, Chinpodesu!" She had to leave the apartment because she was laughing so hard. She had no idea that I knew that much Japanese!

Dear travelers, do not come to Japan for pickpocket purposes. Romanian were arrested.

When I went to Japan for the first time in 2017 I was shocked that I for the first time in my life felt tall! I'm "only" 175 cm and back home here in Sweden I'm shorter than most so it was a very interesting feeling. 😁 One of the things that felt weird was also that staff at restaurants just assumed that I couldn't eat with chopsticks because I was a foreigner and they were surprised very often that I didn't have any problems with it. I don't know if that is a thing but I've been eating with chopsticks for years before I went to Japan so it was normal for me. But it was always fun to watch the faces of the staff.

If the 'short' British guy is 5' 9", that mean's he's 69 inches tall.
Maybe it was a support group for people mourning lost pets.

Not sure i'd be happy still paying for a phone that i knew was gone forever, i hope she got something sorted, sure she was a bit careless, but it seems to have been a totally freak accident.
