If you start with a "0:00" timestamp and put them all in the description, it will create chapter directly in the video :) Super useful content otherwise, thanks for sharing with us

Shaf thank you very much for your highly informative videos. I have £25,000 in savings. I wanted to buy a property but I dont earn enough. I am not very business savvy but I would like to invest the money somehow. Do you have any suggestions? I also dont know the first thing about investing in stocks and shares. Any guidance would be highly appreciated.

Cheers Shaf. That video explains a lot of what was going on in the business I work for. It suddenly got sold and new owner is holding the purse tight. The writing was on the wall if we knew what to look for.

Question. I’m currently renovating my first house and am actively looking for the next project. I’ve found a small piece of land local to me that would suit residential development, it's a small part of a much larger agricultural field. I’ve used the land registry to find the title deeds, the Registered Owner is care of a large solicitor. How would you go about contacting them and potentially making an offer the buy the plot? Thanks for the videos. They are hugely appreciated!!

Hi Shaf! Very useful video as always👍🏻. I live in Hertfordshire/Bedfordshire and as you know freehold property (2 bed, 3 bed houses) are at least £300,000. I have about £35,000 to invest. I want to try and buy my residential property and do BRR(R) and get a BTL property too. I want to do this to try and stretch my money as far as possible. Do you think this is achievable? Or should I look at investing in a cheaper part of the country?

So in way over-simplified terms, it's like buying from a liquidation sale. Check the item, try to, if possible identify wear and tear, and negotiate for further discount. And bear in mind that item is basically non-refundable. (Or buying a product with all warranties stripped away, no exchange, no refund once out the door)
@ShafRasulWealth4 жыл бұрын
That’s a good way of putting it. I will do a case study of a couple of deals when I have time

@@ShafRasulWealth I think your videos have taught me far more than my current finance course... (On a personal note: I find myself trusting your videos far more than I expect, if only because it's absolutely crystal clear that these videos are not your income stream. This seems more like one of your ways of public service/outreach.)

hey shaf got a few questions for next ask shaf If you was 18 in this current pandemic what trading business would you start? how long did it take to reach your first 100k profit,and how would you do it in todays times using an online/trading business what do you think of the franchise model and are there any you would reccommend/would be great if you get a successful franchisee owner on.

Hi Shaf i seriously think investing in property right now is like investment suicide. I think theres lots of jobs to be lost and a deep recession yet to come and we havent seen any impact in the economy yet other than businesses who have suffered. Therefore i believe prices will reduce significantly 12-24 months. Do you agree its best to wait? I know furus like Samuel are always encouraging you to invest

Hi Shaf, great video. You have answered my questions before on an #Ask Shaf (thanks for that) and since watching your videos I have used G&S and have been speaking to Gilson Gray. Both have been a good experience and they are very professional. My question relates to proof of funding and if possible, it would be good to see a video on securing finance and liaising with Brokers, how the deals are worked out and what options are available for Residential & Commercial units. What’s deemed an acceptable interest rate based on the purchase prices/ yields of the properties you have purchased previously. Just an idea 😊 Do you have any Brokers you can recommend? Looking forward to the next video.
