To be honest I am glad that my parents et scammed by pyramid ladders and fall easily for mlms over my teens. I learn to have literally skin rush on scammers who try to manipulate me. All of them use the same cheap selling tactics but everything lacking solid data, number, written evidence, credit checks and scores this is what I want to see. When I start asking specific questions they chickens out. I’m quite direct after one cheesy video after another I called it for what it is, saying that I am realist and not buying it I need numbers. The conversation change usually within 5 seconds and I am called negative and hating money 😂 yeah sure. But my credit spec is better then theirs. Side note even the author of “rich dad, poor dad” was faking till he made. Now he is one of the most in depth financial gurus out there. And with his past exposed that poor dad rich dad is really just a fairy tale he has not much to stand on and sake.

Con man Dilapidations three times over priced by him. Sent in sheriff officers given a month to move out because he wanted the office for himself after the lease was up and going month to month. All this happened because he could not force us to move into another unit that was too big for us which he also said take it as it is and do what you like with it and don’t worry about building control Soon as we said no we can’t take this as it’s too big for us and would not be comfortable not involving building control he changed his whole attitude and in effect evicted us leaving our business with nowhere to run from. Plenty dodgy deals going on at e-net park as well And as for g and s ( Graham and sibald ) There just as bad they don’t abide by the law also when it comes to contractors on there properties that they are managing, when they sell property they don’t recognise that contractors on site should be tuped over tk the incoming owner / contractor

I wonder what a society that uses lessons of war and its teachings would look like after 50 years application. Consider for a moment what it might look like after 50 years of neighbor vs neighbor, business vs business, people against people and the guiding light is to be the art of war? imagine this future, imagine how we will be changed by the thought that earning money is warfare and deserves the full application of wartime strategy. Imagine how your children will live in this future where the ideals of war are applied to every aspect of life.

It's common sense that large companies need people to make 'Corporate' decisions and keep businesses in solvency. That's where The Board of Directors comes in, within the Corporate structure. As it stands now, it's an expensive way of doing business. Instead of paying lavish salaries to people that do precious-little in the form of actual work, Companies should have employees who actually DO the work. make the decisions on how the business should operate. It would be a more practical and less costly way of operating companies. The decision making should have no connection to so-called Company Officers and Stockholders. In general, the so-called "Executives" of Companies, make WAY too much money, get lavish perks, bonuses & stock options. Whereas the employees that actually WORK, get a LOT less with respect the various forms of enumerations. There's an uneven distribution of wealth in the US and the world in general. Company Boards are part of that problem. One of the biggest problems in our economy today, is the mindset of a high percentage of our workers that just want to sit home, type into a computer, smart phone or tablet for an income. There's a rampant sense of entitlement and the idea of deriving an income, by doing next to nothing in the form of actual WORK. For all intents and purposes, and for different reasons, the US has lost its ability to produce much in the form of tangible products & goods. If we keep going the way we are, including so many get-rich-quick schemes, pretty soon there won't be anyone to do jobs that keep the world going. The trains will stop, there will be no Police, etc. Too many people are putting their hands in the 'cookie jar', but not enough people are baking more & putting them back in.
