"I believe in slow progress" is the most healthy thing I heard in a while. I needed that. Thank you. I was also the quiet girl. You have encouraged me to change so many things, even though I live in the opposite part of the globe, in the lands of Lionel Messi. I want to change my life, and your insights are a big part of me actually making those changes. I am so thankful. ♥

Great insight Vinh!...Don’t underestimate the value and impact of small steps. You can’t do everything at once, but if you keep making incremental steps each day, over time you’ll build new habits, develop new skill sets, and establish progress with your goals.

- *Summary for 5y/o kid:* - Imagine you're in a park and you want everyone to hear and see you well when you talk. There are two important things to achieve this: 1. how you use your voice and 2. how you move. - *VOICE* - To make your voice clear and strong, there are five things you need to do well: 1. speak neither too fast nor too slow, 2. use an appropriate volume, 3. change the tone of your voice, 4. use melody, and 5. make pauses when you speak. If you don't do these things well, your voice won't sound as good. - *HOW YOU MOVE* - Also, it's important how you move and look. You should: 1. use big gestures and 2. dress in a way that catches attention. This helps others see you and pay attention to you. - *UNCOMFORTABLE* - Although changing the way you talk and move can be a bit uncomfortable at first, it's important to try new things and practice. It took him 20 years to improve his communication skills little by little, without rushing. - *HOW TO BE SUCCESSFUL?:* - To start, you can: 1. try making small changes, 2. speaking louder and 3. Greeting with a cheerful voice. 4. set a new communication goal each day to improve gradually.

I love your channel. I love your personality and vibe. You are truly someone who I look up to and wish to emulate. I don't think I could express enough just how great it is to hear your advice. You make things that I have thought were impossible for so long feel so much simpler and tangible. It's just so nice to feel the hope that I feel when I listen to some of these videos. I need to remember that change isn't going to feel safe and natural and keep pushing myself to grow and be better. Thank you so much for your message.

Excellent video! ❤ I have recently started making an effort at work to communicate more with my coworkers. There are many times that I walk away from an interaction feeling a sense of "cringe" or embarrassment, but as you eloquently confirmed - where there is growth, there will be discomfort.

I believe in this and what you're saying tremendously, but alot of shy people I believe don't want to be shy, alot of factors affect that. Even acne can hold back someone and how they impact their course of life. Thanks for the tips 🎉
