I understand you completely, it was same for me but I learned few things along the way 1. I stopped being a people-pleaser and started focusing on my goals -instant shift in mindset 2. I read all books on Mindbloomery 3. I stopped listening to negative people and ditched them out of my life

Wow this is inspiring, learning to disagree respectfully with people is so important at times because you are a unique person, and you should embrace that rather than believe in something just because of others. Love this video Vinh, Looking forward to your masterclass in 5 hours to learn more inspiring and interesting views/ communication tips! -See you there :)

I agree. The problem is people don't know how to agree with others opinions, if it doesn't alin with them they change their way or thinking and end up judging its absolutely sad. Society needs more communication and less technology.

Hey Vinh, Your videos has really helped me in transition from a shy, reserved guy to an ambivert . I am still in transition in my college days but hope to improve even more, especially in public speaking

It was extremely wonderful watching this video because I recently turned 22 and I was a people pleaser for almost like 21 years and 8 months and so as you get the idea of when I hit the rock bottom and decided to speak myself and to not just sit back all the time trying to people please which is why I found this video damn relatable to me. To see you being what I look forward to become really had me clapping at the end of this video. You are really an inspiration to me. 🙏🏻👏🏻❤️

Hey good for you for being honest, I admire your courage a lot. People are bonkers with over-reacting these days; take a chill-pill people and stop taking everything so seriously! If people truly believed in kindness and respectful dialog, they would stop bashing other people over small differing preferences, such as what podcasts someone might like to listen to. Thanks for the work that you do Vinh, I enjoy listening to your podcast.

I was a people pleaser my entire life. It's so similar to people stepping all over u. I doesn't feel nice a bit. Ever since i got this one suggestion on KZbin(I don't remember which) how not to be a people pleaser,i realised what i was. I was livin the wrong way. I wanted to change my ways. I was disgusted with myself honestly.then one day i stood up for my self when some person was stepping all over me. I told her to respect my boundaries so and so. then when I talked about it with my parents they attacked me for it. They were like why did u say so. And they will do this and that. I got so angry and told em how my whole life felt and I don't care anymore. They still see me as some monster for saying that😅.(don't worry they r so Christian) but when I stand up for myself, when I talk to this other person like I don't have to be people pleaser I just have to be myself I feel so confident like I own em. Thank u utube. But also be careful this power doesn't mean u have to be a dk.

Hey Vihn, love all your content. My question is this, how can you identify an innovative person? I know there are lots of tenants to innovation, but when you’re trying to build an “innovation” group, how can you weed out those who are interested vs those who are just dabbling?

Hey Vinh! I don’t know if you will see this, because you are busy, but I got to try! I am a private carpentry/construction contractor in Sweden and I want to grow myself into a full construction company one day - now I am working alone for a bigger construction company and they just proposed employment for me - but that would completely ruin my financial balance as I am heavily invested in my future and it would actually get harder, but really, really love working with them - I want to say no, but in a way that I can keep the partnership going - conversation will be next week - can you give me some bullet advices so I have effective arguments of why it would not be the best idea forward?

Nah, blatant sexism, promoting right wing ideas and conspiracies are not a matter of opinion. I am happy for you you were able to reinvent yourself and find a good woman, but Rogan taps into a field of “masculinity” dumb theories and perceived succes that is deeply troubling and in fact in the end simply ….. childish. His curiosity and thinking are on a pretty low level intellectually speaking. That again is not a matter of opinion. If you’re really interested in complex things I would forgive you for starting at Rogan, but by now that should be something to look upon as a teenage fascination. Growing pains if you want. So if you have it in you grow up a bit more and get on. Or stay friends with Rogan, the benefits are easy to see. But it’s NOT a matter of taste. Truth never is. It’s a matter of intellectual abilities and choice.
