I think Emiru should leave OTK. There is not another new member of OTK who was so universally disliked by almost everybody. She's like a walking encylopaedia of personality disorders, and I don't mean the nice ones.

btw I love how entire podcast 4 minutes in became full on parasocial andies micronalayzing miz's behaviour and motivations for why he's always on losing team lollllll I'm not hating, I'm just saying also emi sucks and thinks of herself as a lord that cannot be criticized or ridiculed, even justifiably or lightly, or it's an attack. And it seems like 99% of her interactions is "punishing" OTK members for disrespecting her in some light or friendly or fine way earlier. That's not even like a joke, that's like a spot on analysis imo. She came to OTK, she wasn't used to being criticized or made fun of, or she had an inflated ego, her inflated ego got crushed by OTK that has 100x more successful people (and in OTK she was basically treated as a nobody, because she is a nobody), this made her try to re-establish and rebuild her collosally overinflated ego. I think I just diagnosed Emiru. She has a massive ego, she came to OTK, ego got crushed, she got mad at the ego-crushers, now she's trying to rebuild that ego back up via domination, manipulation, and other "narcissistic" (man that word is overused) tricks. Basically Emiru's whole deal is "ok if I have to live with other people, they cannot be my equals, they must be my far far inferiors" (or something along those lines). Bro I'm smart af.

Listen the more I see her interact with other people the more apparent it becomes that she has like severe personal disorders and she should not be in an org like OTK. Emiru is not mad all the time because she doesn't understand...or because of this or that justifiable reason. Emiru has a hyper-inflated ego that got hurt when she joined OTK, because other people in OTK are more successful than she is, and they treated her like a rando. Emiru is just another massive personality disorder wow chick, or terminally online chick that, through simps, has completely f-ed her brain.

Tec knows what's up. Smoke talks are real deal. My last job, I moved up the hierarchy fast. I got super effective at my job because I'd built a huge network within the company to rely on. Almost exclusively hanging around the smoke pit, lol. Got to know all kinds of different people in different departments out in the pit. When I needed to know things, or had to bounce ideas off people, I had so many options.
