@@BlueRam96 It's still a Wrath patch. They do all of this pre-expansion to ease the expansion in. Otherwise there'd be a BIGGER amount of data on the date of the expansion. That's why they do those events pre-expansion, because they're trying to ease some of the data required to install the next expansion. So instead of you having to download an entire gig or w/e amount it is now(I've not played WoW in a couple years, not since a couple months after Legion), it's like, three quarters of what's left of the expansion. The barbershops and stuff that came with that patch, are Wrath related. Just because it came out before the expansion, doesn't mean it's not related to said expansion. Hence why the barbershop is Wrath. That's why it's part of 3(WotLK).0.2

​@@qqqrrr2556 The prepatch had WoTLK's major version number, which is what blizz uses to designate expansions. 3.0.2 is technically Wrath, even though you couldn't yet use the new zones or level, you had the new code + could use the new features. An expansion isn't just more levels and new content. It's also mechanics and features which were definitely delivered at the same time as the barber shop. Also, Asmongold says "patch 2.4", so he was just straight up wrong either way.

yes the original tier 1 flight speed was 60% very slow But you could literally head across to places in straight lines and not get dazed usually making the flying mount faster then the ground mount you didn't have to contend in valleys cliffs dips in the road mobs dismounting you other players the list goes on yes in a straight out drag race all things being equal epic mounts would be faster but add in the variable of mobs players and the terrain flying mounts where faster and less of a headache then being on the ground and seeing as i was a druid and got flight form for like 6s thats right 6 silver at lvl 68 god did that piss people the fuck off once i got my swift flight form after that long ass quest i never used another mount that expac which made room in my bag for the oodles of gear you needed because sometimes you are the tank or the healer or a dps because fuck it as a druid you could do everything quite well

there was a bug where you could fly in azeroth when BC came out. you had to get the felorc buff from the drake questing place then take a very specific path back to the dark portal then fly threw the portal upsidown and voila you can now have a flying mount in azeroth.

AV used to have a Q to get in as horde of 2hours and we would win everytime.. then they created a premade system called QQ premades on alliance which was then countered by Great Father Airlines Premades on Horde. then Blizzard decided to remove numbers from individual battlegrounds so you couldn't then all Q for the same battleground in an organised Vetrilo group.

The question is was Illidan the final boss of the final raid of black temple, and yes, he was. We cannot answer WHY we have black temple timewalking as that’s a decision made by blizzard. I see what you are saying, but asmon is way better off this way. Since youtube tends to heavily recommend these videos to hundreds of thousands of people, these videos will have introduced his stream to tens of thousands of people and gotten him fuck tons of money that way from twitch ads and twitch prime subscriptions. If he just employed editors to clip and edit these to upload them to his own channel, he would probably make substantially less money. The way it is now, he literally has dozens of people who are pumping out a flood of videos that are promoting him at no cost to himself. Also, a decent amount of the videos where he has any music in the background are highly likely to be have content ID copyright claims on them, and all of the ad money goes to the record companies that own that music.

This is a transition phase between the old and the new expansion, where the patches are wotlk patches but the lvling hasn't started yet. The expansion "the burning crusade" was OVER. But the Wrath of the lich king expansion hasn't really started yet. Well actually it did start but for the vast majority of people, the expansion is not here untill u start lvling. It's a really wierd question that can have arguements by both sides but i guess i'll go with this one.

And both arguements will have valid points.
