@@nicksosicc in hindsight you’re absolutely right, but it’s an understandable mistake to make. It’s an instinct to move someone to “safety” after falling. But yeah, never move someone with a spinal or neck injury, unless their being there is more dangerous than to risk potential harm in moving them.

Having Kate Moss right before Dr.Curry was some high-level play by Depp's legal team. Refute a lie then have a trained professional describe Heard as a liar with nearly zero objection.

They've really tried their hardest to paint Johnny Depp as a narcissistic monster but I still remember his visit to the BC Children's hospital in 2017. He spent almost 6 hours with sick and dying kids dressed up as Jack Sparrow. A short visit is generous... but he stayed in character and full costume for 6 hours! You'll never convince me he's not a good, caring human being.

Here are some quick facts about Amber that we know that are proven: 1) He wasn't the only alcoholic and drug abuser. She drank 2 bottles of wine a day, took drugs as well by her own admission. 2) Caught lying about using the makeup that didn't exist back then to "cover her bruises" frequently, which was refuted by the makeup company in court. 3) Past domestic violence arrest against her ex, literally charged and arrested. Plus admitted to domestic violence against Johnny. Plus suspicion of domestic violence against her own sister (her sister was discussing it with her friends by the poolside in a video clip), and assaulted her ex-best friend in public. In contrast Johnny has no history of being violent towards women, every single one of his ex gfs and spouses all speak highly of him, and has said he's never laid hands on them. 4) Audio recording of her admitting to cutting his finger in Australia (not allowed in this trial due to technicalities), proving again that her testimony was a lie. (one of the voices on the tape is now deceased and can't testify) 5) Her psychologist lied about Amber having no domestic violence history and was called out by Johnny's attorney. 6) Has NO witnesses or evidence (all conveniently random strangers that she doesn't know or deceased people like the bodyguard) 7) Her longtime assistant testified under oath that she did not once see or hear any physical abuse from Depp or ever saw any injuries on Heard in all the years. She also testified under oath that Heard spit ON her face when she asked for a raise 8) She visits Dr Kipper's office the day after an alleged incident where she was severely beaten, the doctor's medical report states her in perfect health, with no injuries of any kind on her, also state her skin was in perfect condition. Her explanation was "this was a partial report and I didn't have time to get into the details with the doctor about the injuries". (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 9) Allegedly got her nose broken, hit multiple times, her scalp and hair ripped off, penetrated by a bottle, dragged over broken glass and got her arms and legs "pretty cut up", then somehow felt safe enough to take sleeping pills with her "attacker" in the same house, woke up the next day and made him coffee, then went to James Corden's show miraculously healed. No marks, no scars, no pictures, no medical report . Hair stylist saw no signs of abuse, the hair stylist would've been inches away from her face looking at all the details while working on her appearance, and she saw 0 injuries. Multiple witnesses (including 3 cops) saw no signs of abuse. 10) Allegedly got raped and assaulted multiple times on her honeymoon, then wrote Johnny a love letter saying "it was the most amazing and beautiful honeymoon any girl could've ever dreamed of". (evidence presented in Day 18 of trial) 11) Claimed she wanted to leave Johnny, but in all the audio clips she was the one begging him to stay. Claimed she always tried to de-escalate, but in audio clips she was always the aggressor preventing him from leaving and taunting him . 12) In all her "crying", there's never a single tear coming out of her eyes, even when reciting the most "traumatic experience". 13) Allegedly feared for her life but bought him a large knife. 14) Testified under oath that she was beaten by Johnny with huge chunky rings on all his fingers, said she was "hit so many times in the face over and over again she lost count". The photos taken the next day shows her face completely spotless without any injuries, when cross examined, she answers "there do not appear to be any injuries on my face in that photo". 15) Caught lying under oath again saying she "didn't receive money" from Johnny when she got $7 million, and lying about "never assaulted" Johnny when she admits to it on tape. 16) Proven once again as a liar when she made public statement of donating 7 million dollars for children's hospital but in reality donated exactly 0 dollars before she was called out, also caught lying under oath about donating the money. Her sworn statement was "I donated the entire settlement of $7 million to charity", when cross examined, she states "I did not lie, I pledged the $7 million, "pledged" and "donated" are synonymous, they mean the same thing." (Day 16 of trial cross examination) 17) Blackmailing Depp with her attorney, trying to make a deal for 3 of the adjoining penthouses where they both lived, 50k monthly expenses, 500k in attorney fees and the SUV Depp let her drive in exchange for not filing the protection order. 18) Her publishing of the op-ed "domestic violence" piece is timed perfectly with the release of Aquaman film, it didn't get published when they divorced, or before, or right after, but instead it was published right when Aquaman was being released and when the "Me Too" movement was grabbing the most headlines. 19) Amber Heard's team desperately tried to stop the trial from being publicly broadcasted while Depp's team made sure it was made public 20) Long time friend and co worker of Amber Heard telling about her hardcore cocaine and drug habit dating all the way back to 2008 when they were close associates, (youtube show called "Steven and Jason" and in the newest episode titled "We need to talk about AH"). 21) Amber testified about having injuries such as “gross colored puss coming out of her temple” and “suffering a broken nose”, but when cross examined she changes the lines to “gross colored puss UNDER HER SCALP” and “FELT like a broken nose”, because she knew the evidence is about to show ZERO injuries visible on her. (How does she see gross colored puss under her scalp? With an X-ray machine??) 22) Allegedly got beaten up for FIVE YEARS and not a SINGLE injury shown on her face, no doctor visits, no dentists, no surgeons, no photos, despite countless appearances in public events and countless photos taken given her celebrity status, many of those public appearances were the night after "the beating", keep in mind the beating were all allegedly done by Depp with "huge chunky" rings on all his fingers, yet after five years of beating, she didn't need to visit the doctors once or show on sign of injury on her face, sounds like her facial bone density and durability of her skin can match that of armor platings. 23) Alleges Johnny slashed the soles of her feet, but was seen the next day walking completely normal, again no doctor visits or treatments of any kind even though she has a personal doctor on retainer. 24) Constantly changing details of her stories and allegations, she's already given 4 different versions of the poop incident, she has said "1: told security guard that she pooped and it was a practical joke gone wrong. 2: Johnny did it to frame her. 3: said it never happened and Johnny was gaslighting her. 4: said the tiny puppies did it." 25) Her lying under oath is not even worth mentioning anymore, there is too many to list, just to list a few in this trial alone. Lying about not receiving any money from Johnny, when in fact she received $7 million. Lying about having donated the money, when in fact she has donated $0 so far. Lying about never assaulted Johnny, when in fact she was recorded admitting to it multiple times. Lying about never assaulted anyone before, when in fact she's assaulted at least 4 that we have evidence of. Lying about her injuries, when a medical record showed absolutely no injuries. 26) She put someone through hell for years, publicly shamed and destroyed his career and life, just so she can be seen as a noble victim and use the attention and sympathy to advance her career and profile. She claims she's never wanted to be seen as a victim and wanted to move on, but appears in countless TV shows and articles talking about her "abuse" and "donation" non stop, literally appeared on every show she could to talk about her being a victim and being noble on the donation that never happened. 27) Amber's own friend, Tillet Wright, a long time close friend with Amber Heard, testified under oath that he's never seen or heard Amber being abused by Johnny Depp. (Day 20 of trial)

I divorced my aggressive and DV driven wife after 12 years - she was never at fault in her mind. I was at fault because I cheated on her as a “pay-back” for her cruelty. She was/is so much stronger verbally, and I had never a chance to get my point across (English is my second language) I wasn’t able to do the divorce sooner, due to our 2 young daughters and my financial position. Years of mental, and especially verbal abuse were finally over. Thinking back, one Xmas,we were both drinking, and all of her aggressions got out and she punched me several times. I’m a bigger guy (ice hockey, bouncer in my early years) and would never hit a woman, so I didn’t. I took pics but never called the cops. “Man gets beaten by his wife” stigma ?? Didn’t want that. Things are still shaky, she takes 60% of my income - but I’m happy without the abuse.

I'm glad you're living *without* the abuse, and hopefully your life will continue to go from strength to strength ☮️ My brother went out with a girl who obviously had some mental health issues, and she tried to stab him once. He also woke up one night to her punching him, and it was all he could do to try to hold her off. This was a few years ago, and when we were discussing it the other day (got onto the topic after discussing this trial), he realised that he'd never even thought about calling the police or making a report. It was just "my girlfriend went crazy one night and tried to beat the shit out of me while I was fast asleep." One of the more alarming things about it is that if _he_ had done that to _her_ he would likely be in jail. It's crazy how many males have been abused by a partner (female _or_ male), and it's just not really taken as seriously.

Kate Moss was important because among the exes of Johnny that he had a longer term relationship with, only Kate Moss has not spoken publicly to support Johnny (Winona and Vanessa already voiced their support) and there were rumors that Depp also trashed rooms that scared Kate during their relationship. I think thru the decades this particular disgrace in humanity has its ebbs and flows. My experience was horrific enough to cause 3 plastic surgeries, deafness and was actually fodder for Ms Heard. When she 'came out' i was ignorant and supported her. I could not fathom this would be the outcome. When she requested our "Truths" i gave 1 instance and that became HERS. As angry and reabused as I felt, it was my punishment for being a silent witness. When I saw the UK trial if you had watched my expressions, you would've understood. I knew I made a critical mistake. And then from the very first day with JD on the stand in his suit here I suffered PTSD, Not from him, but from her. She redressed my story, but it was close enough that friends asked if i saw it. I became a supporter of ANYONE abused. When it was a man, it was actually worse. I had one client who had been so beat up, kicked, scratched, bald spots where hair was ripped out, a broken thumb, pierced eardrum. This was a 6'6 burly man. His wife was 4'11". And she was on the Grand Jury for 3 months, during the time he was being victimized with my knowledge. And that is NOT the reason he didnt have her arrested & jailed. It was peer pressure. Friends and co-workers. I was at a party when I first met him. I worked with his wife. He had the bottom part of his ear ripped, a 'sort of" swollen lip. One of the party goers asked him "What the hell happened this time?" Before he could respond, his wife said "He's in a fight club, and a constant loser" I knew it was something bad and talked with him. He called me a lot, but we had to be careful because that would be a disaster if she knew. He cried, he was ashamed scared and fed up, but the last time I saw him, he was not ready to do something about it This situation is NOT going to cause people to be less believing. The only ones that will are more than likely abusers themselves. Look at Rhianna. SHE was abused. Amber is a psychopath. She had a child by a surrogate. I kind of wonder what that surrogate went thru Any actor worth their salt would have done anything to keep it out of court. She is obsessed with JD. But I think she likes hearing what she did. The whole world knows how she demeaned JD. That gives her power. Unfortunately her career is over, but she can redirect her profession and run for GOP congress.

I don't think it's true that men mostly perpetrate violence (though I think for obvious reasons they would tend to cause more damage in general if it occurs). There has been research that the most violent couples are lesbian ones, then straight couples, and then gay couples. The more men in the relationship, the lower the IPV in it. And anecdotally, in my life I've seen so many women hit or slap at their partner in anger, but never seen a man do that. I think there's just so much awareness about IPV directed at men that they just don't do it, but women do because they don't think of physical violence toward men as IPV.

Yeah, I heard all about the Kate Moss incident and how she always, 100% denied any abuse from Depp and never even hinted he was abusive. So I dunno where Turdybed got her "information" from but wherever it was, she clearly didn't even do a quick Google search to see what Kate Moss, the alleged victim of the abuse, stated either publicly or privately. It's insane to me how EVERY SINGLE WITNESS JD has brought has said he's got problems but he's not abusive yet Turdybed still claims people in his life were abused even though they all completely deny the allegations and all say he was a nice, good hearted and caring person who'd give you the shirt off his own back if you needed it.

@@rw3404 Yes we did. We got the Kate Moss interview and story VERY soon after because she squashed all people saying it was Depp almost instantly. The fact she stood up to main stream media shut them down quite soon and they couldn't run the story since the alleged victim contradicted EVERYTHING they tried to spin. I guess that's the advantage of living in the country that's spinning the story, since you see the stories very early in and can shut them down quickly before they gain too much traction and get out of control.

Yes, Depp's team is wiping the floor with Heard's team, but here's the catch: the victory conditions for Depp require a unanimous verdict in his favor, meaning *_ALL_* of the jurors have to agree with awarding his claim, whereas the victory conditions for Heard's team are merely to prevent a unanimous verdict for the plaintiff. Team Depp needs 7/7, but Team Heard only needs 1/7 to avoid being ruled liable. So it's really not a sure thing that Team Depp will win. Even if they get 6/7 jurors to agree, they still won't win the suit.

It is likely that she is here to testify because of the rumors surrounding the stair incident that Amber initiated during her own testimony, and Kate is here to completely clarified that and refuted AH's accusation, and she'd probably say that such rumors shouldn't be an excuse for amber to engage in a physical confrontation. Amber's lawyers probably don't want the jury to hear that direct response, that's why they objected to it to prevent amber from looking bad in front of the jury. However, regardless of whether AH's lawyer object to it or not, the jury SHOULD be able to infer and relate the AH's testimony to Kate Moss's response, specifically that AH named her in her testimony, and make their judgement.

When JD said he took the pocket knife and told AH to cut him that he was broken and that she took everything but his life? That is PTSD. And she did for six years she had the power and now had the audacity to say that he had the power to have people lie for him? Wow, how did Camille not mention that. AH for six years had the floor on social media, late night and daytime TV appearances, in articles and tabloids JD was being vilified and no one in hollywood or media said to JD let us hear YOUR story, your side. Even though JD was never arrested or abuse corroborated they assumed she was telling the truth with a small bruise on her cheek which could have been done thru makeup. SIckens me that JD lost his film career while she goes on with her life simply by being a pretty female. If she was plain looking no one would care about her. Beautiful men and women have power over people. JD fell in love with her beauty. He should have worked out his issues with Vanessa who truly loved him and he her. I guess he had a mid life crisis. His 2 war ,multi-deployment battle issues were experienced with a troop of Brothers who all had access to modern mental care

@Jalestra oh yeah, "normal" is what other people are,lol....normal was knowing school guidance counselors by first name when none of the other 4th grade kids knew they even existed. I'm very fortunate to be an artist so I craft my own reality to a ridiculous extent , it's a semi functional dissociation , woodcarving takes me completely away from everything but the wood and blade. On top of that ,people love my work so it gets me to be social for sales etc. Try some type of art for therapy if you havent,it can be an amazing experience.

Dr. Curry is an excellent witness. Amber basically checked almost every one for PTSD because she's a con artist! Not so clever after all. So glad the doctor is back to clarify. The worst thing about the Kate Moss incident for me was that it was the kind of personal detail that you'd mention to an SO -- like it's not cocktail chatter. Then, to have AH turn around and weaponize that by twisting it and use it against you. Tactically, it's similar to what AH did with the muffins and Dr. Curry, only much more of a violation.
