No - her whole demeanor is not that of an abused women. An abused woman would be much more timid - ALL the time. If a woman is truly fearful of saying and/or doing something to set her husband off, she's not going to call him a baby (one of the taped audio phone conversations) and etc. Another example: on that show where Johnny & her dad had her Mustang fixed up, her first reaction is to hit them after they bring car out - supposed to be joking but its kunda hard.. Another example: even the marriage counselor says AH like a jackhammer when she talks - talks over Johnny all the time. All are examples of more aggressive behavior, not timid. If she was afraid of making him angry, she'd never try to talk over him, etc. She also tries to play up what abusers are supposed to do: 1. They alienate the victim from family & friends - she tries to say Johnny not letting her see people. THE TRUTH - her sister and friends lived in Johnny's neighboring penthouses for free. They used Johnny - free rent, credit cards to use, a car... 2. They won't let their wife/girlfriend wear sexy clothing - go look at what AH wore for red carpet events. Also - look at pictures of past girlfriends and wife and what they wore. There's even a pic of Johnny and Kate Moss where he's draped over Kate's naked body in photo shoot. There's more, but you get the drift. She's faking being a victim and everyone knows it. Johnny is innocent and certainly not an abuser.

You can watch any interview with him and he speaks slow and you can see he thinks a lot about what he says. I guarantee the drug use didn't help either, it's similar to Ozzy Osbourne's condition (though Ozzy's is obviously worse). Not to mention Johnny by his own admission (and rather ironically given his career) has bad social anxiety so being up in front of a courtroom with everyones eyes focused on him is probably nerve-wracking. I'm actually crying. I lived for years hiding my abuse. I came out to my family after 40+ years and all I got was silence. Carying things like abuse AND false accusations weighs you down like no other thing can. JD has suffered both by his mom, dad, and Amber. He's even abused himself with drugs and alcohol. Unfortunately, he has been abused by society because of all the things AH has done and said. No one is perfect. He's 100% right about that. Nevertheless, we all deserve to have peace in this life. Hopefully he can get it after this. Win or lose.

My mom died a few weeks ago and the rest of my family (brothers and all their family members) turned on me acusing me of lying because my mom never confirmed my story when I exposed it two years ago. Why would she admit that she knew her husband was doing the things to me that he was? Because she did. I tried to have a conversation with her about it years ago and all she had to say was "you turned out ok". Let me assure you that I'm hardly ok. So essentially I lost over 20 members of my family on the same day. I didnt even get to go to the funeral of one. It's just me and my husband who is a kind man. I've lost almost all my hair from the stress of it all and I have had some marathon crying sessions but I'm starting to be able to sleep a little at night again and I think I'll be OK with time. I don't have to carry my secret anymore and I don't have to stay within that set of guidelines that was taught to me in order to protect the family. Basicaly, I have to start my life over. She has physically abused our children and pets. Mentally abused them, and emotionally. She had them convinced their father was going to divorce me and move her in full time while I was recovering from historectomy. I'm now afraid to have people in my home. I don't feel comfortable. I panic when anyone asks questions trying to figure out if that information could ever be twisted somehow later to hurt my kids. I am anxious. My heart skips beats. I don't eat in front of people. It really bothers me the double standards many people have when they talk about Depp and his stuttering and struggling to speak. Yes, he's done a lot of drugs and it will eventually affect you brain, but he has diagnosed anxiety and has always been slow to speak. Slower now after the drugs and with age. But more than that, had Amber went up on the stand stuttering and struggling to share her stories, everyone would have felt bad and said it was ptsd. People would have had empathy. But when a man goes up on stand and does the same, suddenly it's different and suddenly he's lying or he's just an addict (which is exactly what Amber's team implanted in everyone's head so they wouldn't feel empathy). He's acting like an actual victim. Struggles to talk about the events. Exhausted. Beaten down. Anxious and nervous like an actual person with ptsd. And his stories never changes. Whereas Amber felt rehearsed and over the top. It felt phoney. She was also staring him down the entire time and smirking and being very smug. A victim of such awful accusations doesn't act like this toward their abuser. She acts exactly how she did on those audio tapes when she was exposed. Aggressive while he is the opposite. Anyone with true empathy, critical thinking skills, and the ability to truly feel their intuition, see the evidence and watch how they both act can easily see who is the liar and the narcissist here and who is the victim struggling with all that has happened to them.

I've follow almost the entirety of this trial of all the witnesses and evidence from both sides and I've become a JD fan. He tried to give her the perfect life. Supported her family and friends. Gave her career opportunities and did everything he could to appease her. I hope he gets the justice he deserves.

During this whole time, Amber stared down Johnny. Like a soulless animal. Looking right through him trying to intimidate him. In all honesty, no matter what the outcome of this trial is, Johnny has already won and Amber has lost more then she can imagine. The reason I hope she loses is because if she wins, it will fuel her to stay in the public eye. If she loses, she'll still make a fuss (for the rest of her life) but for the most part she'll crawl back in the sewers where the piece of shit she is belongs. "She's so desperate for success and fame...That's probably why I was aquired." Even Johnny is aware that Amber wanted him as a "Trohpy Husband". Him as a person was never anything important. His status and him as an object to use for her own gains is completely the truth.

I'm not gonna lie to you guys, I don't think Johnny is particularly fond of talking about these events like this. He looks so deeply uncomfortable. He jokes about it here and there, but you can tell just how gently and lightly he's treading with his words, how he stumbles over them at times to ensure that he doesn't start a conflict. That isn't the demeanor of an abuser, that's the demeanor of someone who hates conflict.

I know my reply is late but, as I'm watching this trial now and listening to her stories, I realize that most of the time all you need to do is reverse the aggressor to find out what actually happened. In other words, when she describes Johnny throwing bottles at her, it was her throwing bottles at him. When she says he hit her or blocked her way out of a room, it was her doing those things to him. Just assume that whatever she is saying that he did is a description of what she did to him. Then she made up the sa stories out of pure cloth or from what she read about or heard about from someone else.
