Butter the brick instead of pick and dip . Leaves no holes . It's the ozzie way instead of the pommy way . Poms are good brickies but this is a shit way of practice.

​@@jameskerns3297 all of those joints will be struck up, that's not finish product. He is a clean, efficient brick layer. And of course he has a string line up to run the wall in. They're usually building corners/leads when they're not using a string.
