Goodness, I hope this woman is doing well. Her pieces are unlike anything I’ve seen from this community; all of them have such a rich blend of authentic emotion, it’s almost startling how close to home her words hit sometimes. Yet, I’d imagine that sort of authenticity is telling of a taxed soul on her part; I wouldn’t doubt that all the bull she called out about the wrong ways parents raise children are facts from her past. Even then, she is still here, making little intimate masterpieces of media that remind us all how worth it it is to be a bit more in-tune with the Earth, ourselves, and the people around us. Then beyond that, there's the whole dimension of your personal movements, energy and communicative skill. The first time I ever watched your video was when I was really depressed and literally wanted to escape reality, your video made me feel like I was in a safe dimension where I could relax. And to this day your videos make me feel like there's something more to this reality, something you can't see ( for now ) but you can feel. P.S. Lerista Merello Have you tried the herb Feverfew? One a day, every day, decreases frequency & intensity in the majority of folks. If it's working, after a month maybe skip one day a week; after 2 mo skip 2 days, & stay there. As w/any herb or herbal combination, empty stomach for greatest effect, but for sensitive stomachs, w/a little food. An additional capsule is fine symptomatically if you feel one coming on. Hope it helps.👍

I had migraines oftened this time out of extreme heat and while I can't listen to anything or stuff in the middle of a fit or a half an hour-hour after, I might need some escape and relaxation after to calm myself - because migraine still often comes with overall anxiety or literally attacks to me.

I've been failing to comment, but this has been helpful lately and I love the video. I haven't had normal headaches much or the 'headburns'/neck ache/etc. days for a bit (which is something I'm very glad of right now), but regardless everything seemed perfectly fitting or helpful. It was really cozy, gentle and serious in some way, so it felt safer and ok. I've affinity for this and am open to it, so it helps. The meditation/visualisation was superb; it reminded me of when I'd spend time laying down in the forest or near it watching the clouds on windy days, or when I'd walk there. It helps a ton. The video quality, shots and everything were great too. Thank you, this is wonderful

I was having a pretty bad headburn/neck ache episode just now. Some subject gets really difficult and it's been absolutely overwhelming again.
