Lita is a legend in the ASMR world and this video compiles her greatest massage clips. Most of the videos on their channel are extremely short so we had to remedy that. Did my best to enhance the audio for ASMR. Her voice is absolute butter! Hope you enjoy!

Before gentlewhispering or any of the ASMR channels these days there were a handful of Lita’s videos that I would watch. There were not loops either. I made a playlist and added the video over and over again until it was a list with like 50 of the same video, so I could tap the playlist and have it play all night lol. Yes! I did the same! I had a major foot and leg surgery about 13 years ago and I made a whole playlist of Lita’s videos to help me relax and deal with all the pain. Her healing is present through her words. So I can imagine her hands are simply magical to help heal people 🥰

This is what I’ve told people when they’d ask me about my ASMR, that a lot of the videos today are this fake manufactured idea of what ASMR is by people who probably think it’s just about relaxing rather than understanding it’s literally a physical reaction you’re supposed to have. My guess is many people making ASMR videos don’t have it and just saw it as a way to make money. Not saying they are bad people, again some might think, oh I can make vids to help people relax, but it’s def more than just someone whispering or talking softly and tapping a mic and brushing it with random objects. Honest, for me anyone tapping or brushing things is the opposite of ASMR, it’s just annoying. Give me vids of people like this who have a natural way of speaking that triggers the ASMR. I have many saved that I watch.

Apart from being one of the original ASMR artists - back in 2009/10 when it was still called ”whisper videos” or ”soft spoken” - she was also one of the first to prove to me that unintentional ASMR is superior to regular ASMR. After she got more attention a lot of people told her they loved her voice and wanted her to ditch the massage and do a pure whisper video. She complied and it was way worse than her regular videos. Instead of her normal voice she sounded artificial, strained, weird and had a lot of really sharp sounds. It showed to me how much more relaxing it is to just listen to someone who has a soft voice talking normally and not artificially try to make their voice sound soft. Lita’s normal voice is fantastic and is still, to this day, one of the most relaxing in this whole community.
