My company has begun hosting daily wellbeing sessions as part of our job. They are very helpful and provide some downtime to step away from everything for only 30 minutes and focus on mental and physical health. Every day is a different exercise and we share the following day at the beginning of the call. This is very similar and is so beneficial for mental and physical health, Thank You💕💕

I don’t know if you have any experience with eating disorders, but if you want, I suggest that you make a ASMR video for people recovering from anorexia. In the media we usually see people trying to lose weight and restricting, and I believe that affects people who develop eating disorders, so it’s very important that people like me know that we need to eat in order to live, including sweets and less “healthy” foods, because they are too part of life ☺️ Sending love ❤️
