Excellent video! I think you've really refined your craft to a point of near perfection. Your roleplay is believable, sound quality is top tier, great cinematography and lighting. The black background is really cool, I think it's good for ASMR as most people are watching at night (easy on the eyes). Last video I mentioned I loved the box sounds, so it was great getting more of those. I also liked that ending scene, leaves a nice cushion for more triggers. I'm addicted to your sound design... I'd love a video centered more on trigger sounds (your ear cleaning videos are my favs)

I just wanted to note that on this video and the last, there is a lot of headroom to boost the audio track volume before clipping (can be a bit too low for some audio playback devices). I'd like to recommend simply increasing that volume by a good 12db (or as much as you can before clipping red on the audio meters). Just be sure to check the loudest moments in the track to ensure they do not clip.

Mrs. Wilde looks about her surroundings. There is noone in sight. Songbirds chirp off in the distance. There is mailbox to her left. She chooses not to open it. In front of her is a steep rock face, with a small cave opening at its base. Subtle glimmers of light reflect off the dark damp walls within. She feels the soreness in her throat grow stronger, but knows she must return home by sunset. She enters the cave. The ceiling is low and claustrophobic. She hears the dripping of water and distant sounds of mice scurrying about. Her ring glows bright blue, but not bright enough to see. As she progresses through the tunnel, she hears unusual but reassuring sounds of humming echo through the cavern. Her ring shines bright. The tunnel opens up to a vast dark cavern, within which only a doctor and medicine can be seen. The doctor invites her in with a knowing smile. Despite the unusual and disquieting setting, her fatigue and frustration begin to dissolve as the familiar doctor addresses her pains.

Hey Marcus, I'm glad that you and Laura enjoyed it! I had fun imagining and writing this. It was a "spur of the moment" thing. I'm not a writer by trade, but I do enjoy imagining worlds and putting them on paper. I work in game development and design - mostly on narrative-rich games (see "Before Your Eyes"). I've gotten more attuned to narrative development while working with an amazing writer - and having written some narratives for my own game concepts. Your video spurred on my imagination. The subtly surreal and subtly humorous vibes combined with the black backdrop made it fun to sort of "fill the gaps" with my imagination. What/where/when/why (how?) is this black void? What are the back stories of Dr deVere and Mrs Wilde? It's fun to do creative character development and world-building, and build on the mystery. I actually drew on the narrative style of Zork, an old school text adventure game. I even slipped in a fun little direct reference to the game (mailbox 😉). What's cool about text adventures and their sparse descriptions is that they allow you (the player) to fill in the gaps. Much like the setting of your black scenes did - a canvas for one's imagination. Ps. I think I unintentionally mixed past/present tenses, but I think that ambiguity is actually kind of interesting and mysterious in a surreal sort of way💡. Hopefully this narrative inspires some ideas for you - or at least gets your creative juices flowing. I'd be happy to contribute my thoughts if you have any ideas you want to bounce!
