I completed a Wreck this Journal back in 2014, but recently bought the In Colour version and have been watching videos of flip throughs because it's so fun to see people being creative. I didn't realise this video was ASMR before I started watching, and now it's one of my favourite ASMR videos! Your journal looks lovely! ❤

my best friend and I had one back in 5th grade and we absolutely wrecked it in the playground, like throwing it up in the air and smashing it on the ground. our insufferable English teacher saw us and got completely mad. See, I was known as the girl who loved books more than she loved herself, and seeing me completely destroying one shocked her. She took the book and gave me a long boring talk about respecting books and how she would've never expected that from me, even though I kept repeating that that was what the book was for and we were only having fun

I don't know how or why youtube recommended me this vid but im so grateful i ended up here. I've watched it twice already and im pretty sure it won't be the last time. Not only the ASMR was amazing (love the crackling paper noises, your voice, etc) but certainly the art work was even better! So creative!! I've had two Wreck this journals so far in my life and never ever ever for the life of me i was able to finish them...thanks to you and your incredible imagination and creativity i'm determined to get myself another one (hopefully the last one lol). Thank you so much for this vid, seriously ❤ btw i'm not a native english speaker as well but your english is great, i actually thouth you were american by your perfect accent! As someone with ADHD, my wreck it journal is the only thing that isn't wrecked in my every day life 😂😅 Edit: the H2O painting really took me back to a time when I was so proud of drawing this exact motif with the three og mermaids with their tails up, but a bully ripped it apart and thoroughly enjoyed that moment while the other bully was screeching some insults. Kinda felt like a part of my self- confidence was left back then, in that classroom I was constantly bullied in, also ripped apart just like the picture. Seeing this picture here, all well and in good hands, kinda heals my inner child a little. Thank you ❤

As a recovering perfectionist I can say it truly helped me! It’s so fun to have a prompt and it is such a good exercise to make something and then having to drag it through mud or fling coffee over it. Liberating
