So weird, the KWS water system is only on sale for the standard pipeline version, not for URP or HDRP versions. Does anyone still use the standard pipeline?

That happens a lot to me. I browse the asset store, see a real cool asset I want to get and it's only available for SRP :( I use URP in my project.

I use the built-in pipeline myself because the other pipelines either don't offer the same tools, assets aren't supported or HDRP is a nightmare. It's difficult for asset developers to cater for each pipeline because they all do things differently. I think when I last saw the stats for engine usage. Still 50% of the Unity base use built-in.

Hi Matt! Great content again, thanks for sharing. However I've looked into the 'Real Landscapes Valley Forest' asset pack and it states that it's not compatible with URP/HDRP. The strange thing is that their demo video features HDRP?? Anyway, I'm definitely getting the Volumetric Light and Mist and the Highlight Plus asset pack, I can absolutely use those in my project! Thanks for highlighting these fantastic assets!!

Hey man, that's pretty strange on that asset. Unless it's changed, maybe you could throw a message to the developer? Glad you found some useful stuff! :D I've got all of those assets myself.

Nah, I'm currently using the Forest Environment - Dynamic Nature by Nature Manufacture which works perfectly fine for me and is in URP as well as HDRP. Was just thinking about future projects perhaps. Just seemed kinda weird to me they stated that it was for SRP only, yet they show a sample in HDRP, lol Sort of contradicting themselves...@@SpeedTutor

Yes I totally see what you mean, maybe they had some strange compatibility issues with the asset? That can happen with newer updates, so they drop support. Oh well, at least you have something work now :)

It's a strange one because I contacted the developer myself and he said that he didn't want it on sale. Weird to be on for 1 day, unless it was a mistake? Needless to say, it's still worth the price because it's genuinely the best I've ever used. :)

I was sad that no one made a video like these for unreal what made me happy now that almost all of this is already there like really easy save system and camera fade and shake and oceane and vfog and even it has shape audio things like this and their animation system is what I can't leave unreal for but please make some thig for unreal.
