They haven't made the decision yet. This week's debate was the second reading of the bill. The vote was to allow the bill to go through to the next stage. It needs to go through committees, the Lords, the Commons again, and then to royal assent before it becomes law. There is still a small chance that enough MPs can have their minds changed before the final vote. If you want to change your MP's opinion, write to them emphasising your concerns about the bill. Focus on the lack of sufficient safeguards. If possible, use some stories of how you fear this could be abused. Because those are the sorts of issues that are most likely to break through.

It is the same with revival here in that it will start when we as UK Christians humble ourselves and recommit to God's work in his way and timing and stop blindly staying busy with ineffectual church activity that we have never prayed about (whether it's God's will I mean) or questioned! The pandemic should have been the tool to get us to reevaluate what church is! We missed out old cliquey model of church, failed to read Acts with a view to see how the Early Church was set up and grew and we are now acting like we know better, with churches built on leadership couples rather than Elders and trustees/stewards rather than Deacons! We think evangelism should be done in our buildings and so fail to "GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES OF THE WORLD!" We have to go to them, reclaiming communties and taking back the ground for Christ! My grandfather died of terminal lung cancer. He was in agony so my mother and I got down on our knees snd prayed for God to stop his pain. God took him home that night. This is before we knew that Jesus can heal.❤

I really wish that Rev. Brett would give up smoking! It's no wonder he's suffering with upper respiratory illnesses, and it is unfair on his children! I also wonder why his dad died of lung cancer. It might be his choice to smoke, but is it really *G-d the Father's* choice for him to do so? I see it as sin, against the Temple that has the Holy Spirit residing in, and though I struggle with my own nasty sinful little peccadillo (not saying what) which I pray and try to control, it's not going to, humanly speaking, cause me harm. Also, people really shouldn't be encouraging him with tobacco products as gifts. That is between them and G-d, as it is between Rev. Brett and G-d. Really, I do respect him and enjoy his Vlogs and listen to his sermons, probably not enough times, but I would see him fit for the Kingdom in this World as G-d the Father uses him to glorify Jesus. A cigarette also has vasoconstrictive properties, can lead to, or exacerbate, emphysema, heart disease and cancers. Not only that, it's calculated that one blunt can take 20 minutes off one's life. Doesn't take much. And can cause a strain on medical services - it has for decades. It may not be a 'sin' to smoke but, as far as the Holy Spirit regarding one's body as His Temple, well, it's down to one's conscience, isn't it? "A sin has smaller sins on their back to bite them, and smaller sins have lesser sins, and so on, ad infinitum..."

We should know this! We need to put on the Full Armour of G-d every day, support and pray for one another, an *love* one another (whether you like them or not - we *weren't* commanded by Jesus to "...like one another as I have liked you..." , were we?) - this is what *defines* the Church, soon to be the Bride, of Christ, as per Acts 2:36-40! Difficult, isn't it? This "law," if passed by the House of Lords will be a disaster. The very first thing that I thought of was the pensioners sitting in the cold, miserable. Most of whom have chronic disease that may qualify them to be killed. Will their feelings of loneliness and hopelessness cause them to seek this as an end to their suffering? Sadly, the government misuse of assisted suicide is a secondary concern right now. If you think for a hot minute that assisted suicide won't be exploited by family members with eyes on inheritance money, you are living in a delusional fantasy world. I've personally seen it first hand when I've worked in hospitals: "You don't want to be a financial burden on the family, do you, Granny? You want to leave something for the kids, right, Granny?" The process for private members bill is much shorter than government introduced bills. The process is usually only used for minor pieces of legislation. I would like you to explain the evidence that rules are being ignored. I wrote to my MP about this specific point and the fact it’s a change to our human rights so it should be a referendum issue (requiring the normal threshold for succeeding not the “advisory” vote that led to the political mess after the last referendum).

Salvation, if Granted by God alone, is *Eternal* ! Scripture Declares it thus! Security is Eternal in Jesus Christ! and to deny that is to *Blaspheme* the Christ, a Terrible, Foul and *Damnable* (if unrepented of) Breach of the Third Commandment!
