Unironically one of the most unique settings ever written. Love 40k and all, but it pulls a ton from all over the place. Bionicle however, is set completely apart by pretty much everything about it - aesthetic, setting, world building, all incredibly original.

I heard two rumors on why the Bionicle stop making toys one is if anyone remembers the last variations of Bionicle‘s like the OG’s before they went and got a whole new makeover, lore, wise. I remember that the plastic joints for the Bionicle‘s kept breaking. I mean these were toys that you were meant to break apart and put together but when the parts of the Bionicle‘s started breaking, yeah I could see that that, and I believe parts of the machinery was destroyed to make, the Bionicle‘s basically the molds were destroyed the plastic molds rumors but that’s what I heard that they had to create a new design for Bionicle‘s which would explain their redesign around 2010 and if they had to bring them back they would either had to fix the molds, or they have to be more Lego orientated rather than being the old Bionicle parts. Yeah, they’re owned by the same company but if these rumors are true, we might have Bionicle’s made mostly out of Lego bricks rather than those little poles and switches and gears because that is one of the things that separated Bionicle from Lego Legos was bricks, and Bionicle’s were basically sticks, gears, and rods even though they were owned by the same company, same company different building concept

Hero Factory was actually not even Bionicle. It used the same part system yes, but Bionicle was as much the story as it was the toys, and Hero Factory’s story was entirely separate. Thats not me saying Hero Factory was bad, just that it was a separate Lego theme.

At this point war hammer is signaling they are going into a new direction and it is not one that interests me. If they are this sloppy and lazy with their lore; It is not really worth following. It will be the next Star Wars and halo shortly. So I am out and unsubscribing. Wish you luck and hope the new audience game workshop is looking for follows you.
