I consider this to be one of the most powerful tools to support your astral projection practice. And if you've been following me for a while, it probably won't surprise you that it has its roots in yoga... I’d really love to know if this is something you’ll be adding to your practice too - let me know in the comments below! And there's special appearance throughout most of the video from Luna (aka the most beautiful girl in the world)🌙

I really love this video! I was already familiair with Yadi Shodhana but breathing with your body adds a new level to it. Thank you Rosalie!! I'd love to experience a Yoga Nidra video of you, focussed and elaborated on this body breathing and experience the effects of it 😍(or did I perhaps miss a video?). By the way: I tried to buy some of the books mentionted and used your links. However I can only buy some at my "local" Amazon. Can I make sure somehow, you still get the commision?

This is terrific. Made my feet tingle. Also love Robert Bruce's ENERGY WORK. Within a week of his energy raising techniques I'd wake of a morning to the feeling of a current running up and down my body.

A good friend had a stroke, so last night I was encouraging him to imagine doing crosscrawl patterning. This would be a great added tool for him as well. Thank you!

I really loved this practice!! I used the two fingers on the third eye technique in part one and it felt really good and natural to me. Thank you for sharing this, it was really useful! Lots of love and gratitude to you, Rosalie 💜

Wow! You took the pranayana breathing that I learned to another level. I've been trying to practice getting my body to vibrate so I can move it up and down my body just anytime throughout the day so I can make it stronger and stronger. And after doing that short exercise while you were teaching us, I had enough energy to practice moving the vibrations. I genuinely believe that's what I needed to get myself out of my body. I've only achieved it a few times, right after my Kundalini Awakening. And I've been trying almost daily for years since. Thank you!

Awesome. Just listened this time around, and will be back to practice. I especially loved hearing the details on how you go about dialing in to those subtle sensations. It helps me know what to feel for. Thank you!!

I really struggled with focus while learning this breathing technique. I took it as a sign it was exactly what I needed. I would start the video, and without realizing it, my mind would wander and 1/2 the video would remain without my being able to recall what was said or done. So I would restart it. After several attempts, I would restart at step 2, but have the same thing happen. Today, after minimal effort comparatively, I was able to get through the whole video. I have no idea the reason for the struggle. I look forward to incorporating this technique into my meditation practice now. I will let you know how it goes and its effect. Thank you for sharing this video.

She's beautiful, isn't she (but I am a bit biased!)?

@@RosalieYoga Oh yes she is! And she really wanted to be very close to her human😍even if that meant she was caught on camera. (or is she kind of a spotlight girl?) Mine would be in between me ánd the camera. Constantly. Like: hey mom, why aren't we the centre of atttention?? Luna has a more modest and subtle approach 😉

Please can you explain obe sinking? It was scary my first time trying and didn't take me long. But i was so scared i wanted my body back and had to breathe calmly to return. It was the best/scary feeling I've experienced. Please can you make a video explaining the exit and how to control it please 🙏

How many minutes do you do each practice? Thanks!

How long should I do the physical practice in the mornings for as a beginner? I usually do at least 20 minutes of 5.5 second breathing everyday, usually during midday.

How long for each day do you recommend doing each type of breathing?

Hey, so I do this, but once I start doing the whole body practice, I start to feel like my entire body is being electrocuted. Any reasons for this? Is it normal? Just push thru it?

This is a really weird thing and I don’t know if it is relatable but I can’t astral project because I get a a build up of saliva in my mouth and every 30 seconds I have to swallow it therefore I can never remain completely still. Is this something anyone else has experienced? I have been trying to astral project for a year now trying 3 times a week with no luck.

Hi Paul. It could be that your physical body is too wide awake. Do have this issue when you try to fall asleep? I encourage you to do the same thing when your body falls asleep, but retain conscious awareness.

Happens to alot of people. I learned that it helps to put extra support under your neck so your head tilts back as you relax. Fold your pillow under a little and tuck extra fold under neck. You are blessed/cursed with over active saliva glands! Focus on relaxing the rest of your body and eventually it will slow down.

I don't have a problem with that until I think about it, try not to think about it.

I did this type of yogic breathing where you pull your belly in as hard as possible while breathing in. Slowly holding attention to your pineal gland, I did this for a few months until it felt like a lightning bolt went up my spine and didn't stop for weeks until the teacher showed me how to raise my Kundalini and lower it. It was very emotional, and luckily, I had hypnosis and NLP techniques to help me deal with all the emotional things that were coming up. Non-Stop this about ten years ago. And I have been considering doing it again. I wanted to ask your opinion on somebody doing it again. Thank you.
